      • Checky all safety and operating controls
      • Punch fire tubes annually
      • Perform combustion an analysis annually
      • Inspect breaching and flue piping
      • Record operating temperatures, pressures and flame signal
      • Inspect burner motor and dampers, lubricate as needed
